How Energy Startup Current Will Bring GE Into The “Digital Industry of Things”

At MassEcon Holiday Lunch, Chief Marketing Officer Bruce Stewart Addresses 100 Business and Political Leaders

BOSTON, Massachusetts – December 16, 2016 –

The first-of-its-kind energy startup is bringing together world-class hardware technology with unprecedented software technology.

“By 2020, 50 billion things will be connected to the internet,” Stewart stated. “With an ‘intelligent city initiative,’ the company will focus on digital industrial transformations within energy and infrastructure.”

Stewart emphasized that intelligent environments require intelligent talent, and Massachusetts is a perfect location to do that. He then fielded questions from the audience of 100 business and political leaders from throughout the Commonwealth.
