On March 23rd, MassEcon and its Ambassador network kicked off its 2010 Corporate Welcome Series with a reception at Genzyme’s Corporate Headquarters in Cambridge. The event brought together senior state officials and private sector leaders to welcome eleven companies that recently opened their doors in Massachusetts. Secretary Greg Biakecki of the Executive Office of Housing and Economic Development was the special guest at the reception.
The purpose of the Corporate Welcome Series is to say “thank you” to companies for investing in Massachusetts and to provide a forum for new companies to develop relationships with a community of resources that could become part of their long-term network. The series is part of MassEcon’s Ambassador Program.
