The Cove at Salem is a locally owned boutique hotel located in Salem’s Bridge Street Neck neighborhood. Through thoughtful design and responsible redevelopment, the property has been transformed into a well-managed hospitality destination that strengthens the neighborhood while preserving Salem’s unique character. The project involved 17 new employees, the acquisition and redevelopment of a property totaling just over three acres, consisting of two buildings with approximately 30K SF and an $11 million investment. The Hotel partners with the American Red Cross to provide a convenient and welcoming location for donors to give blood and help save lives, regularly organize community outdoor movie nights featuring wholesome films in its spacious courtyard, and supports summer high school vocational internship programs designed to give students an early, meaningful head start in career exploration and skill development.
