MassEcon is a statewide non-profit economic development organization. We work in close collaboration with state economic development partners to support the recruitment of companies to and the expansion of companies in Massachusetts. As our expertise is in providing site location services, marketing ReadyMass 100 properties, and marketing to the global site selector community, the Urban Core Sites Initiative is aimed at leveraging our competencies to help Gateway cities bring buildings and land sites to the commercial marketplace. Our interest is in commercial sites that can generate predominantly non-retail employment opportunities. Ultimately, we hope to add these commercial properties to our ReadyMass100 platform and market each as destinations for prospect employers.
MassEcon and our member organizations will provide free marketing and commercial assessment services to help develop high potential building sites in your municipality.
