{"id":3227,"date":"2014-01-03T19:03:45","date_gmt":"2014-01-03T19:03:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/massecon.com\/?page_id=3227"},"modified":"2020-04-06T12:59:31","modified_gmt":"2020-04-06T16:59:31","slug":"apply-list-property","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/massecon.com\/zh\/services\/readymass100\/apply-list-property\/","title":{"rendered":"Apply to List Your Property"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The <strong>ReadyMass 100<\/strong> is a select list of up to 100 properties that reflect a high level of marketability and will attract prospective companies and site selectors to consider Massachusetts as an expansion location.<\/p>\n<h4>Properties included in the ReadyMass 100 are:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Highlighted on the ReadyMass 100 <a title=\"searchable portfolio\" href=\"https:\/\/massecon.com\/services\/readymass100\/search\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">searchable portfolio<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Promoted to the national and local site selection community<\/li>\n<li>Provided priority status in matching companies&#8217; real estate needs through MassEcon&#8217;s Site Selection Service<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Steps for Submitting a Property to the ReadyMass 100:<\/h2>\n<p>1.\u00a0\u00a0 Please review the <a title=\"Minimum Criteria\" href=\"https:\/\/massecon.com\/services\/readymass100\/apply-list-property\/minimum-criteria\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">MINIMUM CRITERIA<\/a> for your land site or building.<\/p>\n<p>2.\u00a0\u00a0 If your property meets all the minimum criteria, please complete the appropriate <a title=\"ReadyMass 100 Land Application\" href=\"https:\/\/massecon.wufoo.com\/forms\/zzgq0050lbtc7z\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">LAND APPLICATION<\/a> or <a title=\"ReadyMass 100 Building Application\" href=\"https:\/\/massecon.wufoo.com\/forms\/mdc2hcf047o09z\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">BUILDING APPLICATION<\/a>. Please note: you will be required to include a high resolution JPEG of your property as part of the application process.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>If your property is selected for the ReadyMass 100<\/strong>, you will be contacted by MassEcon. MassEcon is a non-profit. Fees received for this listing help us meet the substantial costs of maintaining the ReadyMass database. However,\u00a0in consideration of the current crisis and in order provide every opportunity for the best buildings and sites to be included in ReadyMass, we can waive these fees upon request.\u00a0Your property will then be viewable <a title=\"here\" href=\"https:\/\/massecon.com\/services\/readymass100\/search\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">here<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>If your property is not selected for the ReadyMass 100<\/strong>, you will be contacted by MassEcon with the reasons why the property was not
