Featured Speaker: Carol Gladstone, Commissioner of the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance

Carol Gladstone began serving as Commissioner of the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance on February 26, 2015. She has more than 35 years of experience in both public and private real estate. Prior to being appointed Commissioner, she spent the last two years as a Principal in project management and real estate at Stantec Consulting, an international architecture and engineering firm. In 2000, she co-founded GLC Development Resources LLC, providing real estate development and advisory services; and before that served as the assistant receiver for Community and Economic Development for the city of Chelsea during the state receivership. Commissioner Gladstone also served in state government as the director of Real Estate for DCPO (the previous name for DCAMM). Carol began her career as a project manager at the Beacon Companies, where she was responsible for Rowes Wharf and the Hotel Meridien (now Langham Hotel). Commissioner Gladstone previously served as vice chairwoman of the Massachusetts State College Building Authority and as a Trustee of the Emerald Necklace Conservancy.  She is currently board president of the Brookline Arts Center.
