Economic Outlook Presenter

Dr. Michael Goodman, Executive Director, Public Policy Center, University of Massachusetts Dartmouth

Michael Goodman is Professor of Public Policy and Executive Director of the Public Policy Center at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. Professor Goodman joined the faculty at UMass Dartmouth in 2009 after serving for eight years as the Director of Economic and Public Policy Research at the UMass Donahue Institute. Between 2009 and 2014 he served as the Chair of the Department of Public Policy and the Graduate Program Director of the Master of Public Policy (MPP) program.

A leading analyst of the Massachusetts economy, he has authored or co-authored over fifty professional publications on a wide range of public policy issues including regional economic development and housing policy as well as demographic and other applied social science research topics. He has supported this research by generating over $5 million in external grant and contract funding from a diverse array of public and private sources.

Aaron Jodka, Managing Director, Colliers International

Aaron oversees all aspects of Colliers’ Client Service offerings, including Research, Marketing, Graphics, Financial Analysis, Lease Administration, and Client Service Coordination. Aaron is the in-house economist, advisor, consultant, thought leader, strategic business analyst, presenter, and, of course, researcher. His team manages the information and intelligence the Colliers proprietary database, which, dating from the late 1980s, includes detailed property statistics on nearly 220 million SF of office space as well as on lab properties in the Greater Boston area.

Rose Noritake, Director of Global Markets, Citizens Financial Group

Rose Noritake has served as Director of Global Markets and Head of Currency Risk Solutions Business Banking at Citizens Financial Group since May of 2017.  She previously served as Executive Director for Regional Lead Corporate Derivatives with J.P. Morgan and was Head of Corporate FX Sales North America at Barclays Capital and BNP Paribas.

Greg Buscone, Executive Vice President / Senior Commercial Banking Officer, Eastern Bank

Prior to joining Eastern, Greg was Market Manager for MA Middle Market Lending and Specialized Lending for Citizens Bank. He serves on the Board of Directors and is Treasurer at Bay Cove Human Services, on the Board at Mass Econ (and past Vice Chair), board member and Chair of Investment Committee at Associated Industries of MA, Board of Overseers at Newton Wellesley Hospital, Financial Services Committee for the Boston Chamber of Commerce and Board of Advisors for Woodland Partners. He began his commercial banking career in 1986.
