Clean, Green + Blue Technologies

Massachusetts Clean, Green + Blue Technologies:

Massachusetts is home to clean energy, green technology, and blue technology companies of all sizes and missions. These companies are regularly bringing new economic opportunities across the state. With the highest percentage of clean energy workers in the US, there are 114K jobs in clean energy in Massachusetts. The Bay State is known for its sprawling coastlines and for being home to America’s most valuable fishing port, New Bedford. So, it’s no surprise the Blue Tech industry is bringing new economic opportunities in marine technologies. Companies like Woods Hole Oceanographic Institute and Veolia Environmental are addressing critical challenges facing our oceans and environment. With growing science and research clusters, clean energy, green tech, and blue tech are primed for growth in Massachusetts.
