You will meet with the finalist companies from 3:30 – 4:30 p.m. and then hear the finalist “pitches” and enjoy networking, food, and drinks from 4:30 – 6 p.m.

Parking Information

Guests should plan to park on the 3^rd floor of the garage and use the walkway which brings them to the 4^th floor of the office building. Take the right bank of elevators which go to the 23^rd floor which is where MassEcon Registration will be (elevators on the left do not go that far up). There will be signage and a person to provide direction. Credit card is the only way to pay for parking when exiting the garage (not validated). You can use this pin code and QR code to get from the garage into the building:

• In addition to the 8,400 construction jobs (direct +indirect +induced) the additional space and amenities have created:
  **122 jobs from the new concessions
  **33 new jobs, plus annual contract value increases, for four maintenance and facilities companies
  **2 Massport electricians
  **More than 20,000 non-Massport employees work at Logan, and we don’t have more specific workforce development stats on them.

Post Reception Follow-up

• Convene with your judge team to decide which company will receive the Gold, Silver, and Bronze award.
• Judging final decision due, facilitated by regional team captains and reported to MassEcon’s Annie Ladinsky (aladinsky@massecon.com), with updated company information, site visit notes
  and project vendor information by February 15.
• Please note that the decisions are confidential until MassEcon announces them to the winners.
• Attend Awards ceremony on April 11 at 4 p.m. at Gillette Stadium
