Office Administrator/Events Coordinator
Jaimy Jean-Noel joined MassEcon in August 2019 as an Office Administrator/Events Coordinator. Prior to working at MassEcon, Jaimy worked as a College Access Advisor, Program Coordinator, and Community Outreach Specialist at the College Planning Collaborative in Framingham. There she helped youth with learning about and applying to college as well as headlining programs dedicated to to the academic advancement of high school students. Upon graduating from Framingham State University in 2017 with a B.A. in Sociology, she continued her work within the community and in higher education at One Family Inc. as a Program Associate. She helped co-facilitate for the Credential To Career Program, a 12-week program with group workshops and one-on-one coaching that helps homeless and low-income parents identify paths into careers that pay a family-sustaining wage. She also served as an academic coach and administrator for the One Family Scholars Program, a program that provides individualized college, career, and financial coaching to low-income single parents pursuing a college degree.
