Services Site Finder
MassEcon’s statewide Site Finder Service is an economic development resource for companies seeking a Massachusetts location. MassEcon works cooperatively with real estate brokers, site location consultants, and state, regional, and local economic development officials to enable companies and their exclusive agents to access property information that matches their real estate needs. MassEcon has a strong relationship with real estate brokers both working on the tenant representation side and those brokers that are listing properties.
We do not charge a fee for our service. This covers all regions of the state and serves a broad range of industry sectors. You can also access our site database or our staff will conduct a customized search if you meet the following criteria:
- You represent a company seeking to relocate or expand in Massachusetts. As a broker, you must be the company's exclusive agent.
- You are seeking industrial, R&D space, or a related use for a minimum of 10,000 square feet or land to develop a minimum of 20,000 square feet.
