MassEcon Elects Director from Eversource Energy

WATERTOWN, MA – The MassEcon board elected a new director at its June 2016 board meeting: Tim Ceurvels, Director of Community Relations and Economic Development at Eversource Energy, will replace William Van Dam who had served on the board since 2013.

Photo At Eversource, Ceurvels is responsible for overseeing the company’s role as an active, visible, and reliable corporate presence across its service territory in Massachusetts, Connecticut, and New Hampshire. He guides and oversees the company’s day-to-day interactions with state utility regulators and local officials, and develops and implements community relations and economic development strategies.

MassEcon Executive Director Susan Houston said, “We’re proud to have Eversource represented on MassEcon’s leadership team, particularly given their commitment to economic development. Tim’s perspective is highly valued.”
