With the Empire State Buiding serving as a backdrop, MassEcon hosted a mid-June rooftop reception in the heart of New York City. The event provided site selectors and corporate real estate executives the opportunity to network and discuss the advantages of doing business in Massachusetts.

A strong sponsor team, including VHB, Hinkley Allen, and the Marlborough Economic Development Center, helped in putting together the reception. MassDevelopment was also an integral partner in making the event a success.

Representatives from Studley, KPMG, Ernst & Young, Cresa, Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, and numerous other companies were also in attendance. Their presence added significantly to the value of the reception. It was also especially great to welcome Perry Neilson, the Director of Real Estate for Sony Corporation of America.
