MassEcon works cooperatively with the Massachusetts Office of Business Development, real estate brokers, site location consultants, and state, regional, and local economic development officials to enable companies and their exclusive agents to access property information that matches their real estate needs. Our service:

Our staff will conduct a customized search if you meet the following criteria:
- You represent a company seeking to relocate or expand in Massachusetts. As a broker, you must be the company's exclusive agent.
- You are seeking industrial, R&D space, or a related use for a minimum of 10,000 square feet or land to develop a minimum of 20,000 square feet.
